How to get your listings verified

Any listing in Dubai with proper documentation can be verified for FREE by the propertyfinder.ae Verified Listings team.

Please keep in mind the following regulations:

– Rental listings are verified for 25 days and sales listings for 45 days.

– After expiry, the listings can be re-submitted should the documentation still be valid and the property is still on the market.

– Listings that fall short of our image guidelines will not be approved for verification.

– In case of concerns over the accuracy or authenticity, the verification requests will be rejected.

– Submission of falsified or forged documents will result in immediate removal of all current Verified Listings and a minimum 3 month ban from verifying additional listings.
