How Can Real Estate Agencies Register for Trakheesi Service?

Real estate companies can log in to the DLD website to check their Trakheesi status and start any desired requests. As they can follow up on their requests’ status via Trakheesi (dubailand.gov.ae) as follows:
- Register for a request at the DLD website.
- Once you receive the approval visit the Trakheesi website.
- Click on “Register.”
- Fill in all the required information (area name, DLD license, land and unit number, the name of the building, and municipality number)
- Print the application then visit FreeZone or DED authority.
- You will receive a license number at the Trakheesi website.
Applying for Trakheesi as Brokers
In addition, brokers can also apply as individuals and get the same services by following the same steps and obtaining an E-card. This will qualify them to be in the real estate sector without the need to visit the DLD.
After setting up an account on the website, they must provide the following documents to pursue the application:
- Personal photo
- Emirates ID or a copy of passport
- A certificate that proves the ability to practice real estate
- A certificate of good conduct issued by Dubai Police and verified by Trakheesi Dubai Land Department (DLD) or RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency)
How Can You Use Trakheesi Permit to Advertise on Property Finder?

Real estate companies with trade licenses can easily place listings on Property Finder to advertise their property and reach the market’s largest home-seeking audience.
Here are the steps to using Trakheesi on Property Finder:
Step 1:
Create an account with Property Finder through connecting with our team . Once done, you can move to step 2. Or you can update it in Property Finder PF Expert if you already have an account.
Step 2:
Upload property information on Property Finder experts. Then, download the brochure to upload on DLD.
Step 3:
Login to your Trakheesi account to open the dashboard. Then click on Trakheesi “Permit” to apply for your request.
You can either get a Primary Permit or a Secondary Permit. Primary Permits are for projects mainly, and they require a NOC from a developer. Secondary Permit is mostly for single units. As it requires a NOC from the owner as well as a contract or title deed information for rent, so it can be visible on the system.
Step 4:
Choose “Add Property,” then choose the type of request (land, project, building, unit, villa).After you choose the type of request, fill in the required information (building name, chosen area, unit or land number, and municipality number).
A menu will display list of properties, choose the one similar with your request then click on “search”
A new page of required information will appear, including the following: (Purpose: rent or sale; project number; price range)
Step 5:
Choose “Save” to continue with the final steps. The approval will appear immediately, and then the Trakheesi permit number will appear. Add the Trakheesi number to your listing request on Property Finder. Once that is done, Property Finder team will verify your Trakheesi number to allow you to move forward.
